Outlook tracking status not updating
The organizer of a meeting thought an invitee had not accepted the meeting because the Response column under Tracking showed None.
The invitee said she accepted the meeting and choose not to send a response.
By default, Outlook automatically processes meeting and poll responses so you won't see those emails in your inbox.
If Outlook doesn't process them automatically, or you want to turn off the automatic processing, use the following steps.
When both the organizer and the attendee are in Office 365, the tracking information of the meeting will be updated with the attendee’s response, without any email being sent to the organizer.
The meeting responses are being processed by another client, device, or third-party application.
These may include, but are not limited to, the following.
I ask because I had 2 persons reply they accepted the invitation but meeting "tracking" continues to show them listed as no response though they have accepted.
I see in tracking status replies are not automatically updated.
