The team discussed with Mr Cameron about why they are rowing to raise awareness about human trafficking. It didn’t really hit me that we were meeting the prime minister and how big that was until we walked into number 10.

The team were shown around number 10 Downing Street and spent time with the Prime Minister who was interested in meeting the first female 6 team to row the Atlantic unaided.

Helen, after suffering a horrendous operation following the row has bounced back talking on an international level about Row For Freedom.

She continues to inspire school children and be a guest host on her local radio station.

October, the Row For Freedom team came together to highlight Anti Slavery Day.

The team rowed The Guardian down the Thames from Westminster alongside a boat of MP's.
